This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Health and Aged Care (the Department) requires a supplier to undertake an IRAP assessment of the Data and Analytics Branch Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and services included in the "Landing Zone Foundation" solution. The Landing Zone Foundation was started to design and build the technical capabilities in Google Cloud for implementing a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution to meet the needs of the Department and its Data and Analytics Branch. It provides foundational services in the Google Cloud environment so that application teams can deploy and configure services for data science, data warehousing and analytics workloads. It also provides the networking, identity and security services needed to enable the Department to consume Google Cloud securely.
The Department requires an IRAP Assessment Report and Letter to be prepared for the Google Cloud Landing Zone Foundation by the supplier to support the CISO, CIO and Information Technology Security Advisor (ITSA) as the Authorising Agency to assess the effectiveness of the solution's implemented security controls from the Information Security Manual (ISM).
