The Numurkah Rural and Regional Public Sector Residential Aged Care Services (PSRACS) project seeks to support the government and local community in meeting its objective of ensuring older Victorians requiring residential aged care can access high-quality care and support in a homelike environment, particularly those with complex needs.

Scope of works:

The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor for the Main Works package for the Numurkah PSRACS project.

The scope of works for this package is planned to include:

• Construction of a 36-bed residential aged care development
• External works and services to support the aged care development.

Pre-Qualification:

The Respondent is to provide confirmation of current pre-qualification on DTF's CSR:

• New Commercial Construction – greater than or equal to $40m 

With the following other selectors / experience: 

• Hospital Experience and/or 
• Aged Care Experience
