Tender Description
Supply an Architect to assist with the environment design to suit the Register application operating within the Tenderer’s cloud architecture
Provide hosting services for the Register application and its associated websites in the cloud
the Service Provider agrees to commence the Managed Services on the Service commencement date specified in the Contract Details and to meet the Specifications and Service levels for the Managed Services during the term of the Contract
Tenderers are able to nominate additional services and prices for these services that could be supplied during the term of the Contract. Refer to Appendix A to this Statement of Work - The Application for more details on the operation of the application to be hosted

Conditions for Participation:
The following aspects of the required Services are essential requirements which must be met by Tenderers:
a. OPC will not accept Tenders for:
i. part of the Services; or
ii. a solution that requires the design and/or build of a new Website.
b. The Tenderer must have experience in managing cloud-based websites and/or web-based applications.
c. The Tenderer’s solution must be located in Australia.
Timeframe for Delivery:
The contract will be signed in April 2025 and run for approximately 6 years.
