Community Housing Limited is a not for profit organsation that owns and manages affordable and social housing across Australia. We are the leading provider in Australia.

Queensland has approximately 1400 properties with many more in the pipeline.

Some of these properties are unit and townhouse complexes, and CHL is looking for interested companies to provide the common area garden and ground maintenance, and common area cleaning.

The scope of each location varies so there is a scope of works that relates to the appropriate location. A site visit to each location is strongly recommended.

It is preferred that one provider offers the service on all locations, however it is possible that as the locations are throughout South East Queensland, that different companies may only wish to work in specific locations, and this may end up with CHL utilising different companies.

The works may include but not be limited to:

- lawns cutting and trimming

- garden maintenance

- common area cleaning

- common area maintenance
