Tenders are invited to establish a two-tier panel of contractors with Tier 1 providing high volume multi-trade or specialist maintenance services and Tier 2 providing low volume single trade-specific maintenance opportunities previously unavailable for growing organisations, local tradespeople and subcontractors. The panel of contractors will deliver services to the Homes Tasmania-managed property portfolio by providing general maintenance in southern Tasmania.
