SERVICE REQUIRED:
The purpose of this tender is engage a suitable contractor to design and construct an Amenities Block at Ski Way Park to replace the existing amenities block. The amenities block will be based on the Shellharbour City Council's standard amenities block design Type 2.
Scope of work includes,
- Developing designs based on the standard design to suit the site.
- Demolition and disposal of existing amenities block
- Construction of new amenities block
- All hydraulic and electrical services
- DDA compliant Footpaths and ramps
- Landscaping and make good of site
- Obtaining certifications and approvals required
ENQUIRIES:

SUBMITTING TENDER:
i) Tenders can be submitted in electronic format through Council's e-tendering portal in the format required by the tender documents.
ii) Alternatively, tenders can be submitted in hard copy in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, 76 Cygnet Avenue Shellharbour City Centre NSW 2529.
REMINDER:
Ensure ALL files are uploaded to the Electronic Tenders Box PRIOR to the time and date above.
PLEASE NOTE: The ETB closes automatically at this time file transfers still in progress at the exact closing time WILL NOT be accepted and you will not receive an automatic "successful submission" notice.
DO NOT leave your submission to the last minute. As a guide you should begin your file transfer at least 1 hour prior to closing time
