Bathurst Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitable companies for the cleaning of public toilets within the Bathurst Regional Council Local Government Area. Services are to be provided for two years with the option for Bathurst Regional Council to extend for a further two years.

The Tender shall be for the provision of the following services for a period of 24 months from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027.

1. Provision of cleaning services as required by Specification E-2 And E-3

2. Provide additional cleaning services if required (not included under the lump sum price)

Council will reserve the right to extend the contract for an additional 24 months to

30 June 2029 by notification to the successful tenderer in writing a minimum three months prior to the completion of the initial 24 month period.
