Bathurst Regional Council owns and operates a number of public buildings which require cleaning services as identified in this specification, for a period of two years commencing on 1 July 2025 and terminating on 30 June 2027.

The contract is divided into 9 parts:

1. Bathurst Civic Centre

2. Post Office and Council Depot

3. Bathurst Aerodrome, Bathurst Visitor Information Centre, Bathurst Animal Rehoming Centre.

4. Old Evans Shire Offices Kelso, Kelso Community Hub and Scallywags Childcare Centre

5. Art Gallery/Library

6. Waste Management Centre and Waste Water Treatment Plant and Water Filtration Plant

7. Mount Panorama Pit Complex, National Motor Racing Museum and Central Tablelands Collection Facility.

8. Australian Fossil and Mineral Museum, Bathurst Railway Museum, and Chifley Home & Education Centre

9. Chifley Dam Cabins

The Tender shall be for the provision of cleaning services for Council Buildings as detailed in the tender specification for a period of 24 months from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027.

Council will reserve the right to extend the contract for an additional 24 months to

30 June 2029 by notification to the successful tenderer in writing a minimum three months prior to the completion of the initial 24 month period.
