JLL has been contracted to provide property management services on behalf of our client, the Department of Finance WA. As part of our service, JLL WA's Engineering and Operation Solutions (EOS) team is responsible for overseeing operational and capital works projects within the property portfolio. 

We are currently looking for a skilled, suitably qualified, and experienced construction contractor which is specialised in concrete remediation and waterproofing works contractor to successfully complete the project outlined in Section 2 - Statement of Requirements and Specification.
