Bulk facility cleaning

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to provide facility cleaning services. The bulk facility Cleaning Contract for Council offices, libraries, depots, basketball stadiums, halls, the Regional Botanic Gardens and other staffed and community buildings. The contract covers the cleaning of over twenty sites each with a varying level of scope and scheduled cleans, the scope of this contract excludes pools and public toilets.

The contract is for the period Tuesday 1 July 2025 until Wednesday 30 June 2027 with an option to extend the agreement by a further extension option of 2 x 12 months by mutual agreement.
