Tender Description

Development Victoria is seeking to engage a suitable contractor to undertake the design and construction of 3 modular sports pavilions.

Broadly, the scope for this procurement comprises:

  • Full design and construction of 3 modular pavilions that will be located with Albert Park.
  • Deliver services relocation and surrounding public realm works required to support the pavilions
  • Footing installation, offsite module fabrication, module transportation and onsite installation.
  • Commissioning, handover and defect liability period management.

The procurement will be conducted as a one phase Selective Tender with a Request for Proposal communicated through the Buying For Victoria portal.
