⁠⁠⁠Transport for NSW is seeking a suitably qualified Service Provider from the Technical Services Registration Scheme (SCM8661) to provide Detailed Design services for the Mandalong Road Upgrade project

Project goals

Participation in the tender process is open to tenderers registered with TfNSW’s Technical Services Registration Scheme (SCM8661) in the categories of Complex Road Design and (/or with a registered subcontractor) Estimating Services – General. This is an open tender.

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.

Scope

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking a suitably qualified Service Provider from the Transport Technical Services Registration Scheme (SCM8661) to provide Detailed Design services for the Mandalong Road Upgrade.

 TfNSW are seeking a suitable Service Provider to inform and deliver the following primary project objectives:

• Provide consistent and reliable future travel times on Mandalong Road between the M1 Pacific Motorway and Morisset.

• Provide safe and connected walking and cycling infrastructure to existing (and future) infrastructure and key destinations within Morisset and the project area.

• Support future development along the Mandalong Road corridor associated with growth in the Morisset area.

• Secondary objectives for the project are:

• Support future growth of public transport services by improving network performance.

• Provide a high-quality urban design outcome.
