Scope of Work
The Scope of Work for the Rio Tinto Aboriginal Training and Liaison (ATAL) program is to deliver and manage Work Ready Programs for trainee indigenous participants in Perth and the Pilbara.
The Work Ready Program has been specifically designed for Indigenous peoples that consists of work ready learning activities that focus on developing employability, life skills, health and fitness and fundamental skills applicable in the workforce. In 2025 the program is planned to be delivered across three geographic locations in Perth, Roebourne/Dampier region and Tom Price areas.
The program is delivered in 6–8-week course blocks and includes mentoring and other development support for each cohort.
Rio Tinto is seeking expressions of interest for qualified training delivery partners interested in submitting a proposal for the ATAL Work Ready program for 2025 to 2028.
