This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Directorate of Maritime Engineering and Logistics (DMEL) is seeking to partner with a specialist service provider who can demonstrate advanced capability in the delivery of application development services, including familiarisation of the Maritime Maintenance Portal (MMP).
Specifically, the requirement is for the development of additional modules in the MMP in support of Regional Maintenance Centre (RMC) operations, which have been prioritised to meet the requirements of the Maritime Sustainment Model (MSM) implementation within Maritime Sustainment Division (MSD). Migration of all users to the new MMP, through the conduct of an organisational change activity and cyber security assessment and accreditation, are additional requirements of this request for quotation.

A multi-functional team of software developers that will work onsite from Defence Plaza Sydney and remotely from any connected location within Australia.

Additional budget information: The estimated total contract value is based on previous development works undertaken for the Maritime Maintenance Portal with the current provider.
