This Request for Tender (RFT) document is issued by JLL WA PTY Ltd (JLL) on behalf of our client  the WA Department of Finance(DoF). JLL invites tenders for the provision of HVAC services for various government owned office buildings.

HVAC services will be provided throughout the Dumas Precinct and Albert Facey House. This includes but is not limited to:

Dumas Precinct 

• Dumas House - 2 Havelock St, West Perth WA 6005
• Hale House - 1 Parliament Pl, West Perth WA 6005
• Constitutional Centre - 40 Havelock St, West Perth WA 6005
• Albert Facey House - 469 Wellington St, Perth WA 6000

Each designated building requires its own separate pricing schedule submission. 

A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

No more than two representatives per company can be accommodated.

Failure to attend the "Request Briefing" will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

The Contract is proposed for an initial period of three (3) years commencing 1 April 2025 until 31 April 2028. The Principal reserves the right to exercise two, one year extensions.
