General Description of Works

The scope of the work for the Project will generally involve works on exterior of the heritage listed Richmond Town Hall:

• Replacement of existing roof sheet, slate roofing and all associated roof components as documented in the design (Stage 2 Roof Remediation and Stormwater Works only)

• Supply and Installation of Siphonic drainage as specified

• Civil works required for a new legal point of connection

Optional Site inspections

Tenderers are encouraged to request a site inspection to assist with the preparation of its tender. A site inspection may be requested by submitting a question through the eProcure platform. Requests for site inspections should be submitted by Monday 20 January COB and include a telephone contact number to assist with arranging a suitable time. Site inspections will be scheduled by Council accordingly and are expected to be held in the period Tuesday 21 January to Friday 24 January.
