Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of an eQMS
Tender ID: 575722
Tender Details
Tender Description
Geoscience Australia (GA) intends to engage a service provider to provide an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) for the GA Laboratory.
The GA Laboratory is uplifting its quality management system (QMS) to accommodate rapidly changing analytical demands and to provide better service and support for its clients and collaborators.
The current QMS is based on workplace applications such as Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint, Content Manager, and paper-based documents. The complexities of regulatory compliance such as ISO and NATA accreditation requirements are a challenge for the current system. It is also highly desirable to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of QMS procedures across the GA Laboratory.
We wish to procure and implement an electronic QMS (eQMS) in the Laboratory, which helps the Laboratory streamline and optimise our processes to ensure consistent high-quality data or services and, create efficiencies to save time and resources by automating tasks and workflows.
