The Organisation

Western Power is a Western Australian State Government owned corporation which is responsible for building, maintaining and operating an electricity network which connects over 2.3 million customers to traditional and renewable energy sources.

The Requirement

Western Power is seeking Registrations of interest from suitably qualified organisations experienced with working on an electricity network. Your organisation must have the capability and capacity to apply silicon to insulators attached to poles on Western Power’s distribution network, while the network is live.

Western Power is open to evaluating various methods of application, with organisations to be given the opportunity to demonstrate the safety and efficiency of their proposal.

To be considered for inclusion in an Expression of Interest (EOI), please REGISTER your interest on the Western Power website by 31 December, 2024 at: http://westernpower.com.au/suppliers

After you submit a Registration, your organisation will be evaluated for suitability. If Western Power assesses your organisation as potentially suitable, your organisation will then be required to complete a Confidentiality form in order to receive additional information and instructions from Western Power to participate in an EOI.

The EOI will require your organisation to submit a detailed proposal including:

• description of proposed method

• mobilisation plan

• delivery program

• estimated pricing.

Please include the following details in your Registration:

• Description of relevant areas of expertise

• Current and previous experience in undertaking services similar to the above activities

• Brief detail of current Safety, Health and Environmental Management System
