Tenders are invited for the Provision of Animal Management and related services.

The provision of a high quality, readily accessible and cost-effective pound service, including reporting and financial management, which satisfies Council’s statutory obligations and its objectives as outlined in the Council’s Domestic Animal Management Plan 2022-25 .

Council is proposing a 3-year initial term contract + 3 + 3 + 1 (10 years in total including options).

The Services are limited to pound management services. However, Council may also decide to award the Contract in conjunction with the Lease. A non-mandatory tender briefing and site visit will be held on Tuesday 17th of December at 12pm at 36 Weir St Malvern.
