Project goals
The procurement of a co-sourced provider will enable DCITHS to:
- perform its end-to-end internal audit process
- develop a 3-year strategic internal audit plan and annual internal audit plans
- uplift the overall internal audit engagement process.
Scope
The scope of services include:
- The delivery of four annual audit plans (for DCITHS and each of the three portfolio agencies), a three-year overall strategic internal audit plan (refreshed if extension options are taken up), and preparation of papers and attendance at Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) meetings.
- The delivery of the audit program set out in the plans; and,
- The delivery of any additional audits and services.

1. Tendering Conditions and Statement of Requirements
The Tendering Conditions and Statement of Requirements provides the terms, conditions and processes governing the tender phase of the RFT. The Statement of Requirements is a detailed description of the Services to be provided by the successful tenderer/s including technical specification, service levels and performance framework. Taken together with the accepted parts of the tenderer’s response, it will form part of the Head Agreement.
