Overview
Toowoomba Regional Council established a preferred supplier arrangement for the periodic supply of quarry materials, utilised by Council on maintenance and construction projects throughout the Toowoomba Region.
About
As part of the delivery of construction and maintenance projects during the year, several sections within Council require the supply and delivery of various quarry materials involving varying quantities at differing times and locations. Council recognises there are efficiencies to be gained by streamlining the procurement process.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Supply and delivery of various quarry materials, in varying quantities, at differing times and locations, for Council maintenance and construction projects across the Toowoomba Region
- Supply of quarry materials in accordance with the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads Specifications and Technical Standards, as specified
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Pricing structure to be based on 'ex bin' supply of materials and 'on site' supply of materials
