DJSIR has used document generation and e-signing cloud services in its Salesforce instances for the past 10 years, including the flagship Global Engagement and Management System (GEMS), Resource Rights Allocation and Management (RRAM), Combat Sports management and the Higher Education and Skills GEMS (TSHE-GEMS).
The need for the service has expanded over the past two years; for example, in GEMS, more than 155,000 documents were generated in the 12 months to 1 September 2024.
The scope of this engagement will bring the department’s Salesforce instances onto one document generation and e-signing service.
