Department of Transport and Planning is seeking responses to this RFT for the provision of geospatial imagery data, elevation and depth data, and geospatial analytics products and services (Refresh 2025).

This RFT relates to the provision of geospatial imagery data, elevation and depth data, and geospatial analytics products and services to the Department of Transport and Planning (‘the Department’ or ‘DTP’) available to government buyers through prequalified suppliers on the State Purchasing Contract, the Geospatial Data and Analytics (GDA) Panel.

The purpose of the GDA Panel is to facilitate centralised procurement of geospatial imagery, elevation, and geospatial analytics products and services for Victorian government departments and agencies, with standard specifications and terms. The benefits of the Panel approach include improving the quality of data and analytics services available to the Victorian Government, encouraging and supporting re-use and the creation of value-added products and services for the Victorian community, and enabling users to leverage expertise and improve outcomes.

Please note:

This RFT invites new suppliers to join the panel and allows existing GDA panel suppliers to expand into additional service categories, subject to a successful evaluation. Suppliers may respond to one or more categories and should demonstrate their capabilities in the relevant subcategories.

Existing GDA panel suppliers are expected to remain on the panel and do not require re-evaluation of their capabilities through response to this RFT unless they are proposing to expand into additional service categories
