This procurement exercise is in relation to the design and construction of a three to four (3-4) bedroom single dwelling at 5 Shaftesbury Avenue, Moree NSW 2400.
Project goals
- Deliver a single storey three to four (3-4) bedroom dwelling in Moree by 31 December 2025.
- Help address high levels of housing demand across priority regional and remote locations.
- Establish connections with the Construction market to assist in delivering dwellings in other remote location of NSW.
- Support local employment across regional and remote NSW.
Support NSW’s commitment to meeting targets associated with ‘Closing the Gap’.
