Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified supplier to provide a Managed Service for the following:
• Support and maintenance of Energy Queensland’s videoconferencing fleet (existing Cisco devices and any new devices installed during the Term)
• Quarterly onsite Preventative Maintenance visits for Boardrooms in Newstead, Townsville and Rockhampton and CEO Room Newstead
• Cisco Webex Licensing
• Quote, Design and Installation services for any new or upgraded rooms.
• Supply of Video Conferencing and Audio Visual Hardware for any new/upgraded rooms (Webex and Teams native capability) with Warehouse Services prior to installation.
• Due to the rate of change of technology available, it is highly desirable that the Supplier can supply a range of products/manufacturers, providing EQL with choice based on requirements, functionality, and budget.
