Data and Technical Expertise

⁠⁠⁠The tenderer is required to have the following skills and experience.

1. Minimum baseline clearance for all personnel involved in the contract with NV 1 clearance held by some personnel nominated to deliver the services.

2. Highly proficient skills to support the IS&A contract managers develop and support the business intelligence tools and PowerBI dashboards.

3. Experience working within the Defence ICT and data environment and provide technical advice to the contract managers to support Defence procurement:

• the Defence Digital Group (DDG) Service Management and Reporting Directorate (SMRD) SQL data warehouse environment and DECS.
• in the Azure cloud-based VERA environment,
• the Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG) PROTECTED Research Network (PRN),
• an off premise PROTECTED cloud environment that hosts a web app.

4. The ability to work in a team environment and respond to competing and changing priorities with an agile, iterative delivery methodology.

5. Demonstrated skills and experience to successfully complete the project support roles described in the Scope of Service for:

• SNAP
• DBRT
• DI2
• IIC

6. Demonstrated generic skills and experience described in the Scope of Services.

7. Able to attend meetings and workshops at Brindabella Park in Canberra with reasonable notice.

Sound project management skills and experience using an agile iterative methodology to provide flexibility in scheduling and the management of resources to provide deliverable as business needs require and priorities change.

Security Requirements

1. Suppliers must comply with the Commonwealth security clearance and accreditations process as detailed in the Defence Industry Security Program. Including holding the security clearance and accreditations required by the Commonwealth.
2. It is desirable that suppliers are currently DISP members, or are in the process of achieving DISP. Please provide details of the DISP membership status or if an application is in process, please provide the status.
3. A current Baseline clearance is a minimum for all engagement with this contract with NV1 clearance preferred.
