Swan Hill Rural City Council invites quotations from suitably qualified consultants to assist in the development of a comprehensive Council Plan for the period 2025-2029. This plan will serve as a road map for delivering the Community Vision 2031, in partnership with the community, over the next four years.

Upon completion, the Council Plan will enable the organisation to revitalise its operating model and refocus efforts where they’re needed most by:

(a) Placing community needs and priorities, as articulated in the council plan, at the centre and design council functions to address these needs effectively

(b) Energising and aligning employees to foster effective operations and cross-departmental collaboration

(c) Developing and delivering the capabilities that matter most to the community, ensuring a responsive and accountable Council.
