2026 and 2027 and 2028 General Valuation - Hume City Council

⁠⁠⁠The Valuation of Land Act 1960 (Vic) (the Act) requires a general valuation of rateable land and non-rateable leviable land to be made annually. As a valuation authority, the Valuer-General must cause a general valuation to be made as at 1 January annually and returned before 30 April that year.

This tender is provided by Valuer-General Victoria (VGV) to procure valuation services for the completion of the 2026, 2027 and 2028 general valuations. The municipality for which these valuation services are being procured is Hume City Council.
