Armidale Regional Council is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions for the Proposal for the supply of Fire Safety Reporting and Inspection Services to ARC Facilities to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and range of solutions that may be available.
This EOI process may be the first stage of a multi-stage procurement process
The Council is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Respondents for the provision of Safety Reporting and Inspection Services to ARC Facilities for a two-year period plus options in accordance with the requirements identified in the Specification.
Background information / Compatibility requirements
Following the close of the EOI, the Council may:
1. proceed to the calling of a restricted Request for Proposal (EOI) but does not commit the Council to proceeding with an EOI
2. place short-listed Respondents placed on a pre-qualified shortlist
3. conduct a subsequent procurement process calling for similar goods, services or works or:
4. decide not to proceed further with the EOI process or any other procurement process for requirement.
