Tender Description

Darebin City Council is seeking a competitive tender from a suitably qualified builder for the construction of the Maryborough Avenue Kindergarten Redevelopment in Kingsbury.

The scope of works broadly includes the following activities:

- Demolition of partial existing building and services

- Earthworks and removal of material off site;

- Construction of a single storey, predominantly brick and blockwork structure;

- Construction services works associated with the kindergarten including:

o Electrical works

o Plumbing works

o Mechanical works

- External landscaping and ancillary works including:

o vegetation

o hard landscaping

- Commission and handover the building to Council
