	Description	Detail (DEECA Project Manager to complete)
1	A brief description of the procurement including the extent of the Works or Construction Services required.	Procurement of construction services contractor for the DEECA Bendigo Depot Redevelopment project.
2	Indication of the expected timing and location for release of the Tender Notice.	It is anticipated the RFT will be released on Tuesday 18 December 2024 at http://www.tenders.vic.gov.au (Buying for Victoria).
3	Location where the Works or Construction Services are to be delivered.	1-7 Taylor Street, Epsom VIC 3550
4	Indication of the likely tender process to be used, including whether:
	(i) the tender process will be conducted as an open or a Selective Tender	The tender process will be conducted as an Open tender, however, all interested applicants MUST be on the Department of Treasury and Finance Construction Supplier register.
5	Government policies applicable to procurement, such as the Victorian Industry Participation Policy.	Victorian Industry Participation Policy Building Equity Policy (possible)
