Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Board of Trustees for Logan Park High School are seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced main contractor to deliver the Boiler and Boiler House replacement works. The project involves demolition and replacement of the existing boiler house, and installation of the new boiler system.

The boiler units and system will be supplied and installed on a design and build basis (in accordance with the Mechanical Engineer’s documents). Also included with the project scope is minor work to the school’s existing infrastructure with the site, installation of a gas supply to B Block, and electrical enabling works.
