The Board of Trustees for Roxburgh Area School, on behalf of the Ministry of Education (NZ), is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced main contractor to deliver the proposed staff toilet upgrades at Roxburgh Area School.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • New wall framing
  • Insulation
  • Wall and floor linings
  • Floor coverings
  • Plumbing and associated drainage work
  • Electrical upgrades

Contractor Requirements

  • Suitably qualified and experienced as a main contractor to deliver the staff toilet upgrade works
