Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Professional Services Contractors to tender for the Concept Design and Environmental Assessment of Garfield Road - Railway Terrace - Riverstone Parade intersection upgrade.

The services consist of Concept Design and Environmental Assessment for Railway Terrace realignment to upgrade the Railway Terrace – Riverstone Parade - Garfield Road intersection, this will include upgrade to traffic control signalling to remove staggered intersection arrangement and improve intersection performance. Additional information on the Project is available on the TfNSW website: North West Growth Area.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 11:00am on Monday, 4 November 2024 via Microsoft Teams. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming application.

Prospective tenderers must be members of the Transport for NSW (TfNSW) Technical Services Registration Scheme under Services types: Complex Road design and Environmental Impact Assessment – Project Review of Environmental Factors,​ and must be authorised Technically Assured Organisations (TAO) for disciplines specified in the Engineering Services Matrix included with the Request for Tender.

Additionally, prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the passcode to access the Request for Tender documents.

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
