Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Limbee Park Construction project aims to improve the amenity of open space near Limbee Glade, Huntingdale. The project involves installing new underground stormwater storage cells and creating a new playing field/kick around area. To the southwest of the turfed area, a new playground will be installed, featuring play equipment, a shelter and improved landscaping. A new footpath will circumnavigate the park providing connections to the playground and local footpath network.

The improvement of public open space at Limbee Glade in Huntingdale includes:

Service location survey and report
Clearing and demolition works
Topsoil stripping and disposal
Earthworks formation including material disposal
Placement and compaction of imported fill
Installation of underground drainage installation and connection to existing system
Construction of new concrete footpath
Supply and installation of new playground
Installation of soft and hard landscaping
Any other such work as detailed on the Drawings or included in the Specification

No site meeting/tender briefing will be held.
