Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠City of Newcastle seeks tenders from suitably capable and experienced contractors for the supply and Installation of two new community spaces on Myra Street and Carnley Avenue, New Lambton, as part of the Blackbutt Village Upgrade on Orchardtown Road, New Lambton NSW 2305.

Scope includes but not limited to the supply of all plant, labour, equipment, materials and street furniture required to undertake works as per the design drawings provided in the tender documents and specifications.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 10am, 30 October 2024 on site at the intersection of Carnley Avenue and Orchardtown Road, New Lambton.
