Project goals
Services to carry out audits of practising certificate holders for maintaining their competence in accordance with their condition to maintain competence according to the gazetted scheme notice ‘Maintenance of competency’ dated 28 July 2022 with the methodology outlined in tender document Part D - Statement of Requirements.
Scope
Services to carry out audits of practising certificate holders for maintaining their competence in accordance with the gazetted scheme:
- From list of contact details of certificate holders to be audited from NSW Resources, an email is to be sent to the certificate holders to request their log.
- An audit commences when log is provided by holder to supplier. After a preliminary assessment, a request of evidence for different activities in the log, and where possible of different learning types is to be emailed to holder.
- Upon completion of audit, an audit letter notification with audit report to be populated with audit findings against an audit criteria completed to be forwarded to holder and NSW Resources.
- NSW Resources will review a cross sample of 5 audits to ensure compliance to contract and audit findings are correct to gazetted requirements. Any deficiencies in audits against contract are to be rectified at supplier cost.
