Brisbane City Council (Council) is seeking information from the market in order to identify existing ‘Out of the Box’ solutions that could provide Council’s compliance officers with a centralised Cloud-based Regulatory Technology (RegTech) system that uses advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities, using hardware provided by the supplier, to detect a variety of non-compliant activities occurring in the Brisbane area. These could range from parking compliance and advertising signage to future uses such as footway trip hazards and pest plants, detected through a variety of inputs such as vehicle mounted cameras, stationary cameras, satellite imagery etc.
The solution will include installation of supplier provided equipment/hardware into Council vehicles in the Brisbane area.
