Tender Description
The general scope of works includes the installation of reinforced concrete footpaths and ramps for four sites in the Murwillumbah. Works will include construction of paths and ramps to Tweed Shire Council’s standard footpath design as indicated on the attached Council standard drawing SD13.
Concrete is to be a minimum 25MPa 28-day compressive strength. The Contractor will be required to provide evidence of the compressive strength prior to final payment and achieving Completion.
The four sites contained within this package are as follows:
• Wollumbin Street: KFC to public car park
• Wollumbin Street: Pedestrian crossing traffic signals to KFC
• Commercial Road: Hartigan Street to James Street
• Commercial Road: James Street t
