Tender Description
The successful Tenderer undertake the construction works in relation to the extension of the Strathaird Reserve Pavilion in Narre Warren South.
All Works that are to be constructed by the Contractor under this contract are to be in accordance with the following specifications, appendices, the accompanying contract and standard drawings.
Works must be completed within 26 weeks from award of contract. Council's preference is for these works to commence and be completed between 9 December 2024 and the 20 June 2025.
