This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The AFP are currently designing, building and implementing a bespoke application for AFP Operational areas. The project is developing the foundation capability of an ecosystem that will drive efficiencies for information case management and intelligence analytics. The solution will also have the ability to link with other project initiatives & enterprise applications. The AFP require a technical writer to create comprehensive and clear documentation to help the application users understand the product and use it effectively. This role will deliver a bespoke collection of documentation that will consists of user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting documents.
Number of positions: One (1) Contractor AFP Appointee however the AFP reserves the right to engage further suppliers if required utilising this Approach to Market. Any offer of engagement will be make within 6 months of the ATM release date.

Initial contract duration: Up to 12 months to 30 April 2026.

Working arrangements: Specified Personnel are expected to work 38 hours per week, excluding unpaid meal breaks. Hours will be up to 1816 hours per annum (may be pro-rated as required). The primary office is in Canberra, however working remotely from an alternate location may be considered. Flexible work arrangements may be considered.
Security clearance: Other - AFP Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance or the ability to obtain
