This project will re-invigorate the Tea Gardens Library, enabling it to meet community expectations of a contemporary library facility. Taking an innovative approach to even deeper connection with the community the project will transform the role the library plays in the community. It will build on the concept of expanded community access in the

Space making plan and aligns with community desire for increased access, based on the 2019 Library Survey. It also supports the Library Strategy to develop library facilities to meet changing and ongoing community needs.

For the purposes of this Tender, respondents are asked to price for the construction and installation of the upgrade works, including any ancillary works as detailed in the plans.

Mandatory site briefing on the 17th of October at 11am on site - 135 Marine Drive Tea Gardens.
