Tender Description
Mount Alexander Shire Council (‘Council’) is seeking to engage the services of an experienced and qualified consultant to undertake three design works:
1. Re-design an electric alternative to the gas boiler currently powering Council’s hydronic heating system at the Castlemaine Civic Centre.
2. Design expansion of existing rooftop solar capacity at the Castlemaine Civic Centre.
3. Design a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system at the Castlemaine Town Hall main hall to replace existing radiant heaters.
Consultants are able to provide submissions for any one or combination of the listed design works.
