Tender Description
Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Education) in relation to Invitation to Offer (ITO). QED124552 for the establishment of a Contract for a QLD Representative School Sport Digital Platform.
Notes
1) The Department of Education (Customer) is seeking to establish a Contract for the following:
a. Implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment;
b. Requirement to minimise implementation timeframe; and
c. Ongoing application support services.
2) Suppliers are required to complete:
- Response Schedules;
- Price Response Booklet; and
- QITC Comprehensive Contract Details.
NB. The 'ITO – Particulars' and 'Contract Conditions' documents do not need to be submitted.
3) Refer to Section 1 of the ITO – Particulars for full details of the requirements.
4) Shortlisted suppliers may be invited to do a presentation / demonstration of their offer. The ITO - Particulars - Appendix 2 goes into details of indicatively what that may involve.
