ABOUT THE CITY OF COFFS HARBOUR (City):

ABOUT THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION:
The City is seeking Quotes from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors to perform the role of: Project Officer, Midwaste.
The Contractor will work closely in assisting the Coordinator (Midwaste) with various administration functions relating to the Midwaste annual operational plan.

SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached word version of Part D, before the closing time.
Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.
Submissions must be fully uploaded by this time as the portal cuts off exactly on 10.00am
The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced quote, all or any part of the quote and reserves the right to conduct the process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.
The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
