Supply Hypo Dosing Skid - Blackwater Wastewater Treatment Plant

⁠⁠⁠Central Highlands Regional Council is upgrading the Chlorine Dosing building at the Blackwater Sewage Treatment Plant. As part of this upgrade we are wanting to procure chemical dosing skid complete with chemical dosing pumps with the below specification as a minimum. The current dosing system doses directly into an open channel and is not flow based. However, SCADA system is soon to be upgraded so provision needed to be controlled by the SCADA system.

Dosing skid must contain as a minimum:

- Two dosing pumps configured Duty/Standby. Compatible with Sodium Hypochlorite and capable of dosing 0-30l/hour. Grundfos SMART Digital FCM or equivalent

- Input/Output analogue 0/4-20mA

- Double Diaphragm leakage detection

- Auto degassing

- Pressure Sustaining Valve

- Pressure Gauge with Membrane Separator

- All Valves, pipes and fittings to be schedule 80uPVC

- Degassing valve??????

- Dosing Skid approximate dimensions 800W x 1000H x 500D cabinet made from 15mm PE100 or equivalent with door.

- Pumps connected to SCADA I/O junction box. Input/Output analogue 0/4-20mA

- DN15 connections in and out.

- Chemical pipework shall be identified and labelled with direction of flow. Refer to AS1345

- All pressure pipework shall be hydrostatically pressure tested in accordance with AS 4041 before being commissioned.
