Tender Description
Contractors to repair spalling and delaminated concrete located on a 20-floor high-rise tower. Repair areas include,
- internal soffits
- façade panels
- walkway balcony panels
- remove asbestos and/or encapsulate containing sealants where possible and if applicable
- re-apply protective coating to weathered external concrete surfaces
