Indoor Pool Refurbishment KRG Fitness & Aquatic Centre

ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Ku-ring-gai Council is a Local Government Area in the North Shore region of Sydney. It includes the suburbs of Gordon, Pymble, Lindfield, Killara, St Ives, Roseville, Warrawee, Turramurra and parts of Wahroonga.

ABOUT THE TENDER: 1x 25m indoor pool refurbishment at the Ku-ring-gai Fitness and Aquatic centre.

This will include but not limited to the following:

• Existing finishes demolition
• Earth testing of surround metalwork, handrails and the like
• Surface preparation
• Treatment of handrail socket rust
• New finishes
• Stainless steel cleaning and corrosion protection
• Replacement of 25m pool structural movement joint
• Handing over in working order and warranty of the installations
• Cleaning and tidying of the installed works and the site
• Rectification of defects during the first 12 months after handover of the installations
