Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Flexi Space at Pine Rivers SHS, located at 535 Gympie Road, Strathpine QLD 4500, as part of the School Direct program.
The project includes internal refurbishment to the lower level of J Block to create a flexible learning space including the addition of an outdoor learning space with a covered structure. The section of works is in the southern end of the building, located is at the front of the school with good site access and working space. All works are to be completed by December 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
