Tender Description
The City of Armadale is looking for a consultant to prepare a Business Case to assist in progressing the redevelopment of its Civic Precinct. The preferred consultant is to have experience working at all levels of government including processes and responsibilities. Experience in commercial feasibility studies and development of public property within a city centre context is required.
